Structural skin quality — not a filler, a scaffold

IngredientParticulated human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) — donor dermis processed to remove cellular material while preserving the collagen/elastin extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffold. Processed with AlloClean Technology to minimize residual DNA while preserving 3D ECM structure.
MechanismTwo-stage action: immediate structural reinforcement as hADM particles integrate into the dermis, followed by 2–12 weeks of fibroblast-driven collagen and elastin regeneration — supplying real structural protein rather than only stimulating the skin to make its own.

MechanismDeoxycholic acid disrupts adipocyte cell membranes on contact, causing localized adipocytolysis; the released lipid content is cleared through the body's normal inflammatory and metabolic pathways over the following weeks.

PDLLA Collagen-Stimulating Filler

Same active class as Juvelook — gradual, biodegradable volume & collagen renewal

IngredientPoly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microspheres, 200mg per vial — a biocompatible polymer the FDA has listed as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) since 1984.
MechanismThe porous microsphere surface attracts fibroblasts; the internal honeycomb structure activates sustained collagen production, gradually rebuilding volume and elasticity rather than filling space directly.
EvidenceClinical follow-up from 2014–2021 supports safety and efficacy, with no reported allergic or rejection reactions over 10 years; effect builds progressively over 24–36 months as the polymer fully biodegrades and absorbs.
