SHIPPING ORIGIN

All JAYEONMIIN products are shipped directly from South Korea.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for international deliveries to ensure secure and reliable shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in South Korea.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Estimated delivery time via EMS is 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are determined by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • JAYEONMIIN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

SHIPPING DELAYS

JAYEONMIIN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the shipping service.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the package and contents.

  • Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
