Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return request period, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

The product must be in the same condition as when received

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used skincare and beauty products are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns must not be sent back without prior approval.
Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, the return address will be provided only after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Incorrectly shipped
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
If approved:

We will arrange a replacement shipment after the original item is returned to us

Change of Mind / Non-Fault Returns
For returns requested due to change of mind:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
