"SFT looks at the fascia, not the skin. Through traction, compression, and fixation, it naturally restores facial balance and contour — this is anatomy, not massage."

Why SFT
We look at the fascia, not the skin
SFT is an anatomy-based, non-invasive facial technique that focuses on the fascia — the connective layer between skin and muscle — rather than the skin's surface. While conventional massage relaxes skin and muscle, SFT analyzes the body's connective structure and flow to design balance across the entire face.
01
Releasing Fascia Adhesion
Gently releases fascia tension and adhesion that cause facial asymmetry, jawline sagging, swelling, and expression stiffness.
02
Activating Fascia Receptors
Stimulates the fascia's mechanoreceptors to improve blood and lymphatic circulation and promote nervous system stability.
03
Anatomy-Based Traction
A traction technique that considers fascia fiber direction and facial structure to improve contour and left-right balance.
Schedule
7 days. Theory to certified instructor.
Every day builds on the last — anatomy, technique, and business, inside an active Korean clinic — ending with a full certification evaluation and Diploma Ceremony.
